What Causes Swollen Legs In Person With Cardiomyopathy?
I am diagnosed with Cardiomyopthy ef of 29% two years ago with no treatment. Recent severe fatigue breathing problems some swelling in legs no appetite or taste and other effects. Whats prognosis without treatment. I can sense going down hill. Tachycardia and very high bp 175/117.
Hi, I wonder that having cardiomyopathy with this much less ejection fraction why you did not go for treatment and left untreated. Now it seems that you might be in cardiac failure producing back pressure resulting in breathing problem and edema over legs. It seems that you might be having auricular fibrillation with heavy rise in blood pressure. Consult cardiologist as soon as possible. Ok and take care.
