I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain swelling of Parotid Gland can be seen in a few cases like infection (bacterial or Viral), cysts, tumors ( commonly Pleomorphic Adenoma) or clogged duct of gland.. You need to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and you need not to worry as Tumour is not always cancerous and an MRI of the gland and Biopsy can help in making correct diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.. Dr. Honey Nandwani Arora..
