Suggest Treatment For Swollen Perineum When Diagnosed With Balanitis
Swollen perineum for a few years now. Penicilline does not seem to work. I am male. My doctor tells me that surgery is probably not the best solution, as it may return. Painful at times, sometimes it is soft and less swollen. Diagnosed as inflamous glans. Nothing to fo with prostate. Any tips?

It could be an abscess or swollen lymph node. Consult a general surgeon and get evaluated. Nothing much to worry and the condition will improve with antibiotics.
