I had a massive pimple looking bump in the crotch area near my panty line. It was so big and swelled up to an unimaginable size and eventually popped on its own. Puss and blood came out, I continued to squeeze as much as I could out until I actually tried to see if there was a hair in there. It was deeper than I expected and to my surprise I actually did find a hair that was really long and curled. I applied pressure to the wound and applied bactine spray and also bactitracin ointment for about 2 days now. It has healed over with a white scab. When I press my finger against the wound it feels hollow as if it isn t fully healed. I am worried as this may be something more than an ingrown hair or if it is just taking time to heal because it was kinda deep.
