i have had swollen tonsils for 2 weeks now and thrush on my tongue for 4 weeks. I am taking antibiotics and fungal drops and imbrufen but i have been feeling dizzy and have had a numb face for over a week can you give me some advice? I only started the medication on friday but i have had these symptoms for a week
How do you know that your suffering from oral thrush? It may be due to chronic bacterial infection or allergy. Thrush may be seen in immune compromised individuals. Use candid b mouth paint for oral thrush. Use tablet Amoxicillin and Clauvulinic acid 625 mg for five days. Use salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Avoid cool drinks and ice creams. If the symptoms not improved please get it done throat swab culture and sensitivity and review with reports and consult with your ENT specialist.
