Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of IBS

I have what I think is IBS but added to that just discovered that I need a full hysterectomy which is being done in exactly 4 weeks. But along with the problems of IBS and the sensation of a weighted down feeling low down I have experienced yesterday and today pain in my sternum area. It is almost like heartburn but deeper and is only relieved for a period of time when I have taken buscopan. I feel very tired and have felt slightly sick from time to time and don t feel like eating. I have a doctors appointment for Thursday. any ideas as I am worried. thank you

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, your history of IBS and Hysterectomy are nothing to take anything with the present complaint, if this is hyperacidity then this can only be treated with the PPI (Proton Pump Inhibitor ) drugs and that is "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day and most of the time it is being given with the combination with "Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day, else this is just nothing to worry, take care. (Buscopan wont here )
