I understand your concern.
Symptoms of
anal fissure include pain and bleeding during defecation. It may also cause itching and swelling in the anal region.
Most often, anal fissures become symptomatic and exaggerates due to
constipation.
Hence, intake of laxatives and soft easily digestible foods would relieve pressure in the
anal canal and temporarily relieve from symptoms.
However, it can be cured permanently by undergoing surgery called 'fissurotomy'.
Blood loss would certainly result in
iron deficiency anameia, which would require iron supplementation for its correction.
Kindly consult Surgeon in this regard for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
