hi there i have anxiety which seems to be based around scary things like sometimes when i look a someones face it will seem scary it doesnt change as such but my mind finds it scary and things i see seem to make me scared as well my mind interprets objects as scary faces ,my world also seems to be altered as well i find it hard to go outside as trees seems scary as well ,but i know and aware that this is all strange but it gets me very depressed i have seen an nhs psychiatrist she says its just low mood and anxiety ,please let me know your thoughts?
You have been suffering from hylophobia fear of forests and wooded areas and pareidolia or interpretation of scary faces. You might be having anxiety issues too.
