Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of Hypothyroidism

I am 50 and for the last ten years have symptoms of hypothyroidism including fatigue, low energy, low libido, thinning eyebrows, puffy face and polymenorrhea. You are going to tell me to go to a doctor. And that I could be in perimenopause. I was hoping something like exercise and stress reduction could address the the hypothyroidism and therefore the polymenorrhea. I am too exhausted to look up where I am supposed to go for health care, find time during work hours to call and make an appointment and ask time off for the appointment. I can barely do what I need to do, just going to work, eating, sleeping and going to work. Quite a bit of stress in the last ten years but now and a fairly stressful line of work. Need time off work but too lazy to even look head to request time off. Viscious cycle. I used to run, but in the last few years just haven t gotten the energy to do so.
