Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of Shingles

I have been diagnosed with shingles. I have had this condition for a week now and some are beginning to dissipate but others, specifically in my crotch area are not healing probably because of the moisture there. Any suggestions to help heal this area. I am very uncomfortable and the pain is much more noticeable and intense at night. I just finished the antiviral drugs and am using an antiviral cream plus hydrocortisone cream Thanks so much. YYYY@YYYY
