I d like to know how to tell if I have a food allergy or not every time I have soy I throw up, and for the past two months I have had symptoms of sinusitis. I m not sure what to do. My parents won t take me to get my blood tested because we are on a budget and we don t have very good insurance. Advice?
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. The following things can be done to overcome sinusitis problem what you are having with. 1. Do salt water gargling with warm water twice daily. 2. Take steam inhalation twice daily. 3. Use decongestant medications when necessary. 4. Take anti-allergic medications like Levocetirizine medication once daily for 5 days. 5. Avoid intake of cold items which could precipitate the symptoms.
