i m worker i want to go KSA for job but my medical report set me un fit because of Vdrl tpha positive n reactive ... i hv sex one time without condom ... n i masturbate daily in pajamas ... i m tired of all this ... suggest me detailed treatment please.

Hello dear
Understand your concern
Best management should be done by consulting the veneral disease specialist.
Doctor will give following advice:
Tetracycline/doxycycline for 1-2 week
Repeat the test and clinical examination by doctor at he end of treatment.
If symptoms does not resolves

Again go for trepenoma titre testing, clinical examination and neurological examination and for csf examination for exclusion of secondary and tertiary syphilis.
Clinical examination and syphilis testing required every six month to prevent future complication.
Use safer sex practice, Avoid sex till you cleared from infections.
Use condoms during sex.
