Hello sir. Have you checked you temperature again? And what about your pulse rate and blood presurres? Tachycardia is seen when there is fever however it is important to know what your pulse rate is and whether it is regular or not. Did you feel palpitations or did you check your pulse? In my opinion it will be wise to get an ecg done. You already are on carvedolo which slows the heart rate. If you don't have fever and are having tachycardia then you should seek your cardiologist opinion. He will likely increase your carvidelol dose. Best wishes and warm regards
