Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of tanned facial skin which is due to hyperpigmentation as sun act as a trigger factor for melanocytes to produce melanin pigment that causes dark spots and skin.
Drink plenty of fluids and diet rich in multivitamins.
Apply broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 26 which going outside in sun exposure.
You should consult dermatologist for proper evaluation and rule out causes like skin infection or allergic reaction. Doctor may prescribe hydroquinone cream. He/she may also prescribe antibiotics course or recommend procedure like dermabrasion.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
