Thank you for your query,

Your friends suffered of Typhoid few months back, so I suppose that he had recovered from any weakness from it.
In case of infection after extraction, usually the pain or swelling starts soon after the extraction and not after some time.
Regarding pain and fever. The fever is just a symptom of infection residing in body. You should make appointment with your Dentist so that he can have a look in mouth and suggest accordingly.

thanq for your query
the pain you are describing could be SENSITIVITY also. if the so called pain is during chewing, drinking, brushing or even cold air, n it lasts only for a few minutes then its called SENSITIVITY. this sensation is different from pain which is usually felt in all teeth and may not reduce by taking pain killers. this is due to loss of enamel on tooth, exposure of tooth roots. this can be overcome by using desensitising toothpastes available in any pharmacy or if there a slight ditches on tooth due to overbrushing , then visit nearby dentist for fillings.
coming to pain, it increases in the night and reduces upon taking pain killers.
since your friend has pain in all teeth, it could be sensitivity.
and fever could be due a recent pulling of tooth which must have occured because your friend may not have taken any medication after infected tooth has been pulled.
