Suggest Treatment For Temporary Blindness, Dizziness And Loss Of Memory

I have been having problems with vision. Temporary blindness, dizziness and loss of memory. I also have abdominal pain pounding in my legs and night sweats. I have been told by my doctor that my red blood cells are unusually large and I have low blood pressure. I m told I m not diabetic or anemic. My memory is terrible too. I urinate way to much and sometimes have a strong smell in the vaginal area. Do you have any ideas to which health condition I may have?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear- thanks for using our service and will give you my advise to your complaints.First of all, temporary blindness or Amaurosis fugax is a very important condition on which you need a carotid ultrasound to make sure that you are not dealing with carotid artery circulation problem. You should have an ophtalmologic checkup too . Dizziness and loss of memory could be from carotid artery circulation problem too .The large red blood cells could be from B12 or folate deficiency, although you are not anemic, but if you have low B12 or folate that causes macrocytosis or big red blood cells.A blood exam to measure levels of B12 and folate will help in the diagnose.
Low blood pressure can give you dizziness and decreased in blood flood to the brain. In term of the strong smell in the vaginal area, most likely is an infection,so you should make an appointment with the gynecologist for a culture of the discharge and proper treatment.
I hope that my advise has been helpful
