Suggest Treatment For Tenderness In The Upper Abdominal Area

I have been experiencing some tenderness in the upper right abdominal region near my ribcage. It worsened during a recent upper respiratory infection with coughing that was treated with antibiotics and steroids. I m no longer on those medicines, but still feel a dull pain when I take a deep breath or when I move to that side or when I press on that region. Should I be concerned?
