Hello,

I recommend taking meclizine, or flunarizine for the headaches coupled with Flexeril, in order to reduce the muscle spasm. A cervical spine X ray study is necessary to investigate on a possible bulging disc in this region. You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
