Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having chronic appendicitis giving rise this typical pain and tenderness at the site.
This type of pain and fullness can also be due to constipation.
It will give better clue while examining clinically by your doctor.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Ok and take care.
