Hi,My name is Carl and I have a question.I was diagnose with tendonitis in my knee. First week i went to the minor med,the doctor gave me a week of steriods to relieve the inflammation and she told me to get a mri to make sure there were no further damages.The second week i got an x-ray at doctor express and the doctor diagnose me with tendenitis. He told me to take some Ibproufren if i had any pain or swelling. He said I had no damage to my knee. I ask him when I will be able to get back to full strength,he said in time and that was it.Some days I feel like i m ready to go and other days it get stiff. How long does it take to heal? It have been 6 weeks. I m not in no pain but will OTC aspercream get rid of the stiffness. I don t want to take tablets.Thank you.
