hello and welcome to HCM forum,
thank you for writing to us,
First of all I would like you to know, that taking a lot of Ibuprofen can do harm than taking away the tooth ache, I can Understand how toothache is bothering you for past 3 days.
Pain at night time is a clear indication that pain is from a tooth infection.
Warm saline rinses 4-5 times/day will provide you temporary relief.

I will advise you to see the emergency department or just walk in to a dental office, I am sure they can provide you with a treatment that won't be expensive on your pocket. Emergency treatment will provide you instant relief from pain.
It is a humble request, please do not overdose yourself with pain killers.

Once you see the dentist I am sure they will help you with providing a complete treatment plan that suits your pocket.

I hope I was able to answer your query.

I wish you good health,
take care

Dr. Anshika
