Suggest Treatment For Testicle Pain
Hi i am patrick from kenya. I have a problem that have bothered me for long. I have testicular pain and it comes after sex and dissapears after few days. I have done ultrasound and it shows mild hydrocell. I am 36 yrs and married i suspect an infection though the urine test doesn t show an infection. please help.

You are having mild hydrocele in which fluid accumulated in tunica vaginalis of testes
If your urine report negative than don't worry for UTI...
If your hydrocele increasing in size and if causing discomfort or if it is communicating hydrocele than needs operative measures by surgery
Aspiration and sclerosent injection also another mode
Don't worry
Do regular follow up and consult general surgeon and if available urosurgeon for this
