Suggest Treatment For Testicular Pain

After lifting I experienced severe right side/groin-testicle pain and was treated with muscle relaxers, narcotic pain injection, and steroid injection. Now I have what feels like free fluid under the skin of my right thigh with loss of sensation to touch over that area. Still having severe pain in right side and right groin/testicle area.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on the description, it appears that you could be having collection of fluid around the testicular tissue called 'hydrocele'.
However, it needs to be assessed by clinical examination and confirmed by means of scrotal ultrasound scan.
If confirmed that it is hydrocele, it fluid needs to be drained by means of a simple surgical procedure.
Kindly consult Surgeon in this regard for proper evaluation and management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
