Is there any treatment for the Hypospadias in Ayurveda. Please tell me.
i have multiple holes in penis. I had operation at the age of 6 in the first time and second time at the age of 15. But the operations didnt succeed. Please tell me the treatment. i am 22 years old now

1. Hypospadiasis is the most common congenital malformation of the urethra: a condition in which the urethra opens on the ventral surface of the penis. In all varieties of hypospadiasis [irrespective of cause], the penis is curved downwards due to presence of fibrous tissue from the meatus to the tip of the penis.
2. multiple holes in penis could be urethral fistulas/calcified plaque after surgery [2 times], meet with a urologist and plastic surgeon. [You can start on Vitamin E and PABA supplements under the guidance of Urologist]
3. the next best step is to consult the Urologist who operated on you, there are few surgeons who work on only on reconstructive Urology.
4. since it is a structural deformity, thus Ayurveda Medicines can only be given as Prophylactic therapy but not as a Permanent solution.
