OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your problem. At 32 weeks pregnancy, this amount of discomfort in breathing is explainable only by following common possibilities:
1. weight of baby more than average (macrosomia)
2. more amount of fluid around the baby (polyhydramnios).
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist, get a ultrasound done and screened for gestational diabetes.
In the meantime, you can sleep or rest with the head end of your bed elevated, take frequent small meals instead of few large meals and do walk aftermeals.
You can get back to us if you have further queries.
Wishing you good health.
