Suggest Treatment For The Flake Formation On The Scalp

Sir,I was diagnosed with scalp dermatitis in the year 2005 and the doctor I went to gave me "Scalpe" shampoo for application on my scalp.The problem was greatly reduced but was recurrent.Finally last year I went to a different doctor and he told me that I was suffering from a mild case of scalp psoriasis and gave me a lotion and shampoo for application.I used that for just 10-12 days when my hair started greying and I gave up the medicines.
Today I went to another dermatologist who diagnosed me with localized psoriasis and made me undergo a blood test (CBC) in which the report came out to be normal.After that he gave me a long list of lotions,creams,gel and finally also wrote Vitcofol injection.The medicines are as follows:
1.Candid B lotion for ears+Tacroz Cream 03%(I had slight scars behind my ears.)
2.Tazret Gel
3.Calcirol
4.Topisal Lotion
5.Ionax T Shampoo
6.Konaz CT Shampoo
7.Tab Kover-H
8.Tab
9.Vitcofol injecton 1ml*6(once a week)

I was just willing to ask if this extensive treatment(read injection) is required for flake formation on my scalp?
