Suggest Treatment For The Following MRI Result
Hi MRI findings--- diffuse disc bulge noted at L4- L5with encroachment of the disc both neural foramania and left lateral recesses, both traversing and exiting nerves rooted are indented. Left para central/foraminal disc extrusion noted at L5-S1. Left exiting nerve root is compressed.diffusevdisc bulge is noted at this level. Please help with recommended treatment
