Suggest Treatment For The Nasal Fracture With Ecchymosis Around The Eyes

I suffered minor injury to my nose 48 hours ago. There was a nose bleed as well. Within 30 minutes i was at the nearest emergency and upon Xray was diagnosed with a hairline nasal fracture. I was advised icing to the nose and pain killers and asked to wait for the swelling to subside. The swelling has mostly subsided and there is ecchymosis around the eyes. What is the next step?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
There is no reason to worry; discoloration of the eyes will settle in a week or so but continue with the cold compresses for another 48 hours.
Avoid blowing your nose and rubbing the affected areas; if you're feeling over conscious about the ecchymosis, use goggles when you step out.
