Suggest Treatment For The Ringing Sound In The Ear After Surgery For Hole In Eardrum

hello doctor, a year back, i got slapped severly , due to which my eardrum was damaged. and also the ringing sound in the ear continuously which is very much irritating. surgery was done for the hole in eardrum, but the ringing sound remained, kindly suggest a solution.

I have gone through your query regarding treatment for tinnitus (ringing sound) after surgery for hole in ear drum.

According to your medical history it appears as you are suffering from tinnitus and here I would like to tell you that tinnitus is produced due to irritation of cochlea beause of so many reasions. Some times reasion for tinnitus is identifyed in that case it may be treated easily with excillent result but most of the times cause for tinnitus remain undiagnosed (idiopathic).

You may take-

1- Caroverine.

2- Gincobiloba.

3- Methicobalamine.

You may get reliefe by above otherwise hearing aid wih tinnitus marker will be the treatment of choice.
