Suggest Treatment For The Squint Problem In The Eye
HI...m suffering squint problem in my left eye and have spectacles no. in both eyes...don t remember my specs no. (bt approximately 1.5 or 2 in left and 1 or 1.5 in right eye). I m suffering this problem frm 6 or 7 years now and my age is 19. I went through some eye exercises as well but, still after some time of cure, it keeps coming back. I also thought of operation but, don t know will it cure me or jeopardize my eyes forever...please help me... :((((((((((

If the eye has a squint even after so many years and wearing of glasses, then it can be treated by surgery for proper alignment of the eyes. But you must remember that the squint surgery is meant to get the two eyes to become aligned only and is not meant to improve vision.You can consult a pediatric ophthalmologist as they are well verse with these kind of surgeries.
