General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

The cause for hair loss should be searched for

The chronic illness, thyroid problem etc should be searched and treated accordingly if needed

Minoxidil used for alopecia aereta.. So you might have male pattern hair loss secondary to effect of testosterone...

So consult dermatologist for examination and if alopecia aereta found than antiandrogen drug (finasteride) used in small dose and minoxidil continued
Hair4U shampoo also can be helpful

The permanent treatment for alopecia aereta is hair transplantation

Take healthy and balanced diet with more fruits and green leafy vegetables

Take care

Hope this will help

Consult dermatologist for examination and further work up
