General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi Mr.Borah,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Direct Bilirubin is within normal range. But albumin/globulin ratio (A/G Ratio) is low indicating less production of albumin indicative of hypoproteinemia.
Hemoglobin % of 11.5 is also less than normal, which can be encountered in hypoproteinemia conditions. PCV, MCH and MCHC are all slightly less than normal.
Since you are having chronic liver disease (fatty liver), it would be possible to get such a picture. Hence, what doctor has prescribed for 3 months would help liver to recover and restore its activities to normal. It would be advisable to get these tests done by the end of every month to note the response.
Also, consume protein and iron rich diet to help restore albumin levels and improve hemoglobin levels.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
