Hi there,
I had gone through your question & understand your concerns.
As you have mentioned, it is mild so don't worry much. If you are experiencing unbearable muscle pain then visit to nearby physician/orthopaedician/skilled physiotherapist asap.
Though it is mild, you can prevent it by the best alternative methods in physical therapy.
Get the examination/assessment done to know the extent of deformity in all aspects. In these cases I used to focus specially on:
> strategically posture correction
> strengthening of weakened muscles, core muscles, passive/active exercises
> streching which relaxes & reduces the stiffness
> walking pattern/gait
> daily life activities
> Ergonomics, yoga also helps, Chiropractic manipulation
regular sessions will correct & prevent you from pain, discomfort and even in worse cases from surgery.
Hope this helps, please let me know if you have further questions.
Wishing you good health.
