Suggest Treatment For Throat Infection

I have a 3 years old boy who has a coughing for about 4 months now. On his first visit to an ENT he had a X-Ray which has shown he has adenoid, the visit was due to and ear and throat infection which was treated with a syrup and antibiotic. Syrup didn t solve the coughing problem. Went for a second visit and Dr. prescribed an antihistamine Aerius , and berotec syrup for 10 days. Nose is clean, but he keeps coughing, specialy at night and early in the morning. Should I try the ENT again or try a pnemologist.

looks like allegro cough, you did not mentioned xray chest, if you have not done,kindly do it with sputum examination for the exact diagnosis.
