Suggest Treatment For Throat Pain And Irritation
Female 44 yrs.From July end onwards, i have been getting this throat pain and irritation. initially i had cough too. I visited a Gen Pratitioner who diagnosed as sinus & prescriber Topcef 5 days after which cough subsided but the throat pain still continued.
so i visited another Gen practitioner who treated with SOMPRAZ. my blood count has haemoglobin 10. so was advised to take iron supplements. The throat pain reduced but not fully gone.
Sept begining i visited an ENT who diagnosed as chronic pharynjitis and treated with antibiotics and pain subsided. But now the throat pain started again. yesterday night i had severe acidity and could not sleep sue to irritation.my stools show bright red blood from 2-3 days.
i am very much worried.kindly advice.

Well come to HCM
The given history may suggestive of allergic condition and this may be associated with hyperacidity reflex of acid could cause more pain in throat area and mimic severe infection, in my opinion the condition need to be treated with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day and Tab Loratidine three times in day, hope this information helps (Comments :- Antibiotic only works in presence of some organism with the condition of sensitivity else this is useless in absence of organism )
