Suggest Treatment For Throat Pain And Nasal Congestion
Hello,
I will describe my pain ,3 days ago, my throat felt like something was stuck inside, on my adams apple when I swallowed. Very painful when i swallow still. The pain is not in a normal sore throat place. At around the same time this started I do have congestion in my lungs, nose. What to do?

Looking at your symptoms,you are suffering from inflammation in the respiratory tract(nose,throat,voice box-larynx,lungs).
You may find relief by taking Antihistaminic like Cetrizine,Analgesic with Anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen with Antacid like Rantac,Oral Decongestant like Phenylephrine with Nasal Decongestant drops like Xylometazoline(use decongestant only if you are not suffering from high blood pressure,heart disease,kidney or urinary problems,high pressure in the eyes-glaucoma),Mucolytic like Ambroxol,Bronchodilator like Salbutamol.
If you are suffering from chest pain,pus discharge from nose,high grade fever,etc then it would be advisable to start oral Antibiotics after consulting Physician doctor.
Also do steam inhalation.Do warm saline gargles.Avoid cold,spicy and oily food.Avoid dust,smoke and other polllutants.Drink lots of fluids(warm).
