Suggest Treatment For Throat Pain And Runny Nose Post Hair Dyeing

I dyed my hair yesterday in a bathroom and the area wasn t very venilated I only had the bathroom fan on when I was done my throat was hurting really bad and my nose was stopped up but today my nose is runny and all I can smell is bleach and my nose burns. Please tell me what I should do

When inhaled, ingested or on contact these may cause a side effects like burning sensation, blisters, pain in the throat, nausea, abdominal pain, light headedness, skin rash, breathing difficulties, swelling of lips, hands and feet.

It is important to get an examination to rule out any allergic reaction.
