Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been experiencing a throbbing pain in the right middle side of my back. It usually effects me between 1:00 to 6:00 a.m. It comes on suddenly and when it leaves it is just as sudden. One minute I am in pain and then all of a sudden it is gone. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate the pain as about a 5 or 6.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, such described pain may be due to muscular spasm but it needs to be ruled out for spinal disk degenerative disease of dorsal spine and for that I would suggest to get done the MRI, till the pain can be managed with Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen three times in day, try to maintain the good posture during sleep and sitting, hope this information helps.
