Suggest Treatment For Throbbing Pain In The Left Temple Region

I was working out at the gym today and doing dumb-bell curls....and toward the end of the reps, there was an incredibly sharp pain in my left temple...throbbing. Then I stopped and rubbed it, and it would dissipate. Now I m home and it s still throbbing. Any ideas??

We have to rule out possible causes like vasculitis and migraine.
