Suggest Treatment For Throbbing Pain In Throat

My throat is painfully sore on my left side. When I swallow if feels like aluminum foil scratching my throat. Even when I sit and breath the air it hurts..actually throbbing. I do have allergies and I do take meds for it.Also a friend of mine recently had a fire In her home. For about a week I have been at her home helping with cleanup. Not sure ifinhaling those fumes would contribute to my pain

your throat need to be examined by doctor if possible by entdoctor. warm saline gurgling is most essential. take tab levocetrizine 5mg twice daily. if there is inflammation like tonsillitis or pharyngitis then start ezythrocin 500mg daily for 3days.
