Hello, You have history of having the foreskin removed. Presently, you are suffering from something tight as rubber band on the line of the foreskin. Sometimes in case of adult circumcision, the foreskin gathers like a tight rubber band around the penis, causing swelling and pain. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a Urologist or Surgeon. The treatment of para-phimosis involves reducing the penile edema and restoring the prepuce to its original position. Several noninvasive or minimally invasive methods are used to reduce the penile swelling. This can be done by surgeon, do not try it by yourself. Don t wait too long to get medical help, it can become a medical emergency. In the meantime, you can take pain relieving medicines to reduce swelling & hurt. Be gentle with your self.
