My problem is that since last month I ve a tight foreskin, which when erect doesn t pulls off the penis. & if I try to do any sexual activity it is painful, the skin cracks & burns like hell. in normal condition the skin can be pull off slowly but not as easily as it use to be, under the skin over the penis head there seems some white thing sticked to it, which after washing goes off, but comes again next day. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Phimosis refers to a disorder where the tight foreskin cannot be pulled back over the head of the penis. Tight foreskin can occur due to an infection, inflammation, or scarring from an underling condition. Balanitis, sexually transmitted infections and skin diseases should be ruled out which are the major causes of phimosis.

Corticosteroid cream can be applied on the foreskin and massaged to make the skin more supple. Pain killers like ibuprofen can also be taken. Surgical options include preputioplasty or frenuloplasty.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
