Suggest Treatment For Tightness Across Forehead And Eyes
I ve been having this woozy feeling and tightness across my forehead and tension around my eyes. It usually happens when I m overthinking, feeling anxious, ... I do also feel a bit of pressure along the sides of my nose (like where the soft part on glasses would rest). (I don t wear glasses though). It kinda feels like the way I ve felt before a migraine came on. Just wondering if it s like a vitamin deficiency or something. Been happening a lot... and my has been jumping. All these symptoms are occurring one on top of the other.
This does sound like the symptoms of a migraine or tension headache, and would not be concerning for a vitamin deficiency or anything like that. I would suggest trying to use something like Paracetamol or medication for migraines. Anxiety and stress can also play a significant role in this, so if you can find a way to decrease your stress or start medications for anxiety, that may help as well.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Aaron Branch, General & Family Physician
