Suggest Treatment For Tightness In Head And Discomfort Around Eyes

Sir I had a problem of eye twitching in 2010 . doc hardiya gave me injection of alcohol on cheeks for paralysed muscles Onr another neurologist doc. Katpal gave me treatment of psycosis After that treatment since 5 years I am feeling tightness in head and uncomfortable around eyes But all doctors telling me that there is nothing in your brain plz give me a suggestion what should I do. indore m.p.

Tightness in head may be related to different clinical issues such as:
- Tension headache
- Cluster or migraine headache
- Intracranial tumors
- Stress or anxiety related
- Blood pressure alterations
- CSF pressure changes
- Vascular insufficiency
- Others

After detailed neurological examination, an MRI brain is best modality of approach of evaluating the possible cause and guide accordingly.
