Suggest Treatment For Tightness In The Sphincter Muscle
i was told several years ago by a doctor that my spincter was very tight. over the years it has seemed to effect my elimination process. i am 75 and if i get constipated its very straining. if i take mirolax and stool sofeners i have little finger and pencil stools. i have had my esophagus streached before and cured some food problems going down. can the spincter muscle be streched safely.
dear sphinter irritation may cause spasm seen in hemorrhoids, fissures, chronic irritation. use diltiazem local gel. if spasm won't relived means you may Need botox injection locally. still not improved means need lateral sphincterotomy. take stool softener s ,high fiber diet, regular exercise.if symptoms not improved please consult your surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.
