Suggest Treatment For Tingling Feeling In Foot After Nerve Damage Repair
Ive nerve damage from a gun shot to my femur. Ok recently my foot started spazing and my foot and toes tingle alot and im just wondering what can i do to regain my whole foot back. I can feel my toes and foot on the bottom and on the inside of my foot and i can feel half of my leg and walking is very hard because of the rod in my leg the replaces my femur.
You have history of nerve damage repair. Now you are experiencing tingling feeling in the foot. It is indicative of peripheral neuropathy. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a Neurologist. Get nerve function test, blood analysis, imaging tests done so that treatment can be started at the earliest.
Get connected to a Physio therapist to help you with therapy and exercises that will help you ease discomfort. In the meantime take food good for the nerves like vitamin B6, B12, E or supplements. Take quality sleep. Stay well hydrated.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
