Suggest Treatment For Tingling Feeling In Leg When BP Is 112/52

I am on day 6 of wearing a 30 day heart monitor at home. Tonight my blood pressure readings were 112/52 but my pulse was high at 100. I feel a tingling down the inner sides of my legs. The doctor is watching for high heart rate and ariythmia. Is this low bottom number on my blood pressure reading something to be concerned about. I usually run a low blood pressure but never that low on the bottom number. Also, Do I have to wait 30 days to see what is going on with this monitor? I would like to have either peace of mind or start treatment or meds in needed. Thank you,

Hello,

Blood pressure less than 90 mmpf hg in the top number and less than 60mmof hg at the bottom number are considered low. Your diastolic or bottom number is low. The cause might be dehydration, heart failure, heart valve conditions, blood loss due to trauma, conditions affecting parathyroid and adrenal glands, hypoglycemia, anemia, or low vitamin B12 in diet.

You also mentioned about tingling feeling in leg. Cause might be lumbar spondylosis and nerve compression, sciatica, lumbar disc degeneration, or lumbosacral plexopathy. For this, improve hydration. Take tab. Pregabalin at night for 3 weeks. Treat other health conditions like anemia if present. Have nutritious and healthy food if your blood pressure is consistently low, you need to find a physician and undergo few tests to find the cause and for appropriate treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
