Suggest Treatment For Tingling In Arms And Hands

i had an aggressive deep tissue message in my neck, shoulders, and back. Now I have tingling in my arms and hands. It is more pronounced on one side. The message was Monday. Today is Wednesday. What do you recommend. FYI: over 10 years ago I had a subclavian-axillary DVT. I do not have any known coagulation factors.

Using an ice pack after an activity that causes pain or numbness in the arm can help reduce inflammation and pain. Pain management with medication or injections. Over-the-counter (OTC) medications, such as aspirin, acetaminophen, or ibuprofen could likely be tried first.
