My MRI Scan report says "Diffuse broad based disc-osteophytic complex at C6-7 with encroachment towards lateral recesses of bilateral neural foramina causing mild impingement on thecal sac" Symptoms are tingling in left hand . What is the treatment and how severe my problem is. Please advise . Thanks in advance
I read carefully your MRI scan report and it seems that your symptoms are related to a pinched nerve, in the cervical portion of the spinal cord, right where it leaves the spine to travel through the arm. For this reason, I would recommend consulting with a spinal surgeon. Surgery may be needed. Holding a cervical collar can help improve your situation.
