Hello,
Your symptoms are indicative of developing neurological symptoms. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a
Neurologist. Get all required neurological tests to assess the functioning of the nerves, and reflexes at joints. Blood tests will be done to detect vitamin deficiencies,
diabetes or any underlying medical condition that may be causing symptoms.
Get X-ray, MRI done to check damaged nerves, tumors, herniated disks. Your treating doctor may tell you to get a
spinal tap done to rule out any infection. Get EMG done to detect
nerve damage and to test the electrical activity of the nerves. Nerve conduction velocity tests done. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected. Stay away from smoking, alcohol, drugs and take home made balanced food.
Include food that is good for the nerves in your daily diet. You can take supplement. Take Nerv Up OD, once daily for 10 days. To get rid of pain take naproxen, one SOS. Take medicines after food. Get connected to a Physical therapist, regular walking, exercises, massage and
talk therapy will be helpful.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
